Title: UBE Issue after applying SP15 on HP9000
Abstract: After applying SP15 on the HP9000 platform, there is an issue when submitting UBE's. After two UBE's are submitted , subsequent jobs hang indefinitely at a wait status.
Issue:
Once Service Pack SP15 is applied to the HP9000 platform, there is an issue when submitting UBEs. After two UBEs are submitted , subsequent jobs hang indefinitely at a wait status. This is due to the 'runbatch' processes not being cleared on the server from the previous successful UBEs. Once these processes are ended the waiting UBEs will process. The issue has been caused by the way OneWorld Business libraries are created. The linking process to create the libraries includes several OneWorld System libraries. The addresses where functions are located within a library can be shifted which results in a mismatch
Resolution:
In order to correct this problem the client will need to perform a full package build and install.
