SP11.3

I have a question about installing service pack 11.3. In the JDEdwards documentation, it says you install SAR#4499478 on the Deployment server and SAR#4499486 on the Enterprise Server. I can't find anything about either one of the SAR's in the JDEdwards Knowledge garden. Can anyone tell me how they installed service pack 11.3.
