Hello all,
I am in the process of trying to set up RSS escalation for E920. I was wondering if anyone else had any troubles getting the workflow escalation turned on mid-implementation.
Reading the RSS implementation guide, it seems like there needs to be a workflow purge before the system is turned on, but I don't know if there's anything else that needs to be done.
Any thoughts would be great, thanks!
