Reconciled Entry

Hi,

I'm having a problem voiding a payment which has been reconciled. I've
unreconciled the payment, but I'm still getting an error message telling me
the payment is reconciled. We are on A7.3 cum10.

Any ideas?

Which is the type of reconciliaton used?
If it is the one JDE uses,Check the field "glrcnd" in
F0911 and I think there is the check number also make
sure these two fields used for reconciliation are
blank.
