RE: UOM CONVERSION
Yes we have set up Item Unit of Measure - you need to include a conversion
to the Primary Unit of Measure in the Item Units of Measure screen. I think
OneWorld does a lot of Unit of Measure conversion via Primary Unit of
Measure, and needs to be able to create a Conversion to Primary in this
screen. It seems to be a bit inconsistent in how it does this but the
solution is usually to a another conversion - either from the From UOM to
Primary or To UOM to Primary, and it eventually clears. I think there is
probably a bug in the logic of this screen because some times you need to
reverse the To and From UOMs (and invert the conversion) to get it to work!
