At first, what is your system configuration?
Starting from B733 you can use the "Set Control Text" System Function
(General category).

I would like to change the text displayed on the screen of a Check box.
Can this be done in the event rules?
I would like to take the description from a UDC and place it by the
check box based on a selection in an event rule.
