Have you switched on the ledger process in the activity rules. This =
would allow you to monitor where the change occurred and by whom.

How do you turn this option on and where do you look it up once it's turned on.

These are set up with the order activity rules and are specified in each step. The information is stored in 'Ledger files'.

Go to activity rules (G4241). For each combination of Document Type/Line
Type set the Ledger Y/N flag to Y for every status.
Then when ever there is activity on that status, it will create a record in
the F43199 file. These can be viewed on G43A112 (Purchasing Ledger). Each
record has a date, user and terminal stamp in the detail.
