You can ignore this error.
Some of my clients get this message from the R989200P
Data Dictionary merge finished successfully with no errors and warnings
No differences found: Merge will not be performed
And some get the error you report.
The long and the short of it is that JDE deployed the XE Update 1 with a Data
Dictionary Merge process in the configuration but did not populate the change
tables that the DD Merge UBE uses of perform this operation (F9755, F9757,
F9759, F9760 in XU1.mdb)
I called JDE on this and they said there is no DD items to be merged with XE
Update 1 and the result of this step can be ignored either way.
