Try Loading the new package on to a fat client and test it, and if u get
that error,
1) Check the package dll folders, they might miss the CDIST.dll
If not,
then Load a fat client Just build the CDIST.DLL in the fat client and it
should work, if it works, then you could either build a new package for your
enterprise server, or a dirty fix of copy the CDIST.dll to the Enterprise
Server.

I built the CDIST on the fat client and am still getting the error. Any
other suggestions??

May be Check out P4310 from the previous version of the package which works.

I found that if I change the processing option 5 under the processing tab
from blank - display order detail to a 1 display order header before order
detail then I don't get the error. So I know have the problem solved.
