You should have a CNFINTnn job for each processor on your 400. They are are
microcode tasks that indicate the amount of time to handle interrupts and
task switching for interactive jobs. The only time I notice them to cause
problems is if someone is running a cpu intensive interactive process, such
as updating AAI's, etc.

Also, if you are using Client Access Express, you can use the operations
navigator to monitor CPU utilization and see what jobs are hogging up the
processors! See the document links I have attached below. My IBM rep sent
