Purchase Order Print

Working on an inquiry out of my area of expertise and hoping there's some help out there. New user has created a purchase order (E1 8.10) and the auto print of the PO did not occur that all their co-users are used to. They were able to print the PO manually but need this issue rectified for her next order. Any direction on where to start? Address Book?

Hi Paul,

Check a couple of things. See if the print immediate flag is used, it can be set at runtime and I think within the version, and then (more likely) check the default printer for that user within the printers.

All sorted. User had a married name logon and a no-longer-married name logon, which she'd neglected to tell us she'd used for the first time. New logon was not yet properly configured.
