problem inserting subsystem jobs into F986113, semaphore/mutex

Dear JDEList,

Finally I could get the problem with 'inserting subsystem jobs into
F986113' solved.
JDEdwards told me that SP11.3 was going to solve the problem, partly they
were right,
it was 'SAR 4844673_AS (B733P11.3_BIF)' that solved the problem and that
was an add on
SAR to SP11.3.
But, thank you ALL for your valuable input/information. I will keep them
for future use.
