PDF Outsourcing

I would like to know if anyone is outsourcing their printing, folding and mailing to a company by just sending them a OneWorld PDF. I basically assume that most of these types of companies would freak out a bit if given a PDF.

Jack,
we do this (I'm not directly responsible for it I'm just the CNC guy
that handles FTPing them) but we basically FTP them all of our statements
each day/week/month as text files for now. Once we roll out XE we will use
the CSV files. Seems like it works OK and with the new CSV format we finally
get to get rid of another widget.

We spoke to several companies about outsourcing printing, they all had the
same remarks when hearing the word PDF, no thanks. They wanted extra $$ for
dealing with it.

There is an easy to use printing software called Formscape (I'm bias b/c I
use it) that takes a PDF and maps the data around to create easy to read
documents. They'll be more then happy to do the work for you, and just let

PDFs.We are currently working on emailing the same automatically.
