Outbound Price/Sales Catalog

I am trying to configure and run the EDI Outbound Price Sales Catalog (P47082). We have advanced pricing turned on and when I run the JDE default version for extracting prices, I do not get any records. I see that the information is coming from the Base Price File (F4106). Since we do pricing based on item groups and not individual items, this file contains no item specific pricing.

So, if I cannot use the P47082 program, what other programs are out there that can generate an EDI Outbound Price Sales Catalog?
