Missing Data Selection

I have version of R42565 which has 4 data selection, The version was created in DEV and has all the data selection however when I promote the version to PY (CRP) the data selection is not maintained (they are gone). Anyone seen this before and have any ideas as to why this may happen and how it can be fixed. The thing is, that it is not happening for all versions.
