Check Batches

We are running XE on an AS400, Coexistant.

We are currently unable to post check batches to the GL. Error message is primarily Intercompany accounts do not balance. Only occurs when the check is taking a vendor discount.

Has anyone experienced this? JDE is apparently aware but unable to correct.
