BI Publisher Issue - Insert Failed to F95630

A client is having an urgent issue with their PO Reprint (R43500) and PO Receipt (R43510) which goes through BI Publisher. Up until now, they have submitted single POs for reprints and receipts and the BI Publisher output is emailed as a PDF to the submitter. But one of the users submitted a large batch of POs and receipts and now the process ends in error. They have tried to submit other single POs and receipts but it also results in error. In looking at the debug logs it shows that the insert into the F95630 XMLP Data Output Repository fails each time.

My question is should we just reload the RTF templates for both UBEs or should we delete records in the F95630 for the user that submitted the multiple POs?

Any help would be appreciated.
