Dear WorldSoftware Customer:

At J.D. Edwards, our focus has always been on you - our customer. That's
why
we have worked so diligently to provide you with quality solutions. One
of
these solutions is the unique opportunity to migrate to OneWorld via our
coexistence strategy. Coexistence allows you to gradually adopt various
computing architectures at your own pace without abandoning an existing
technology investment or putting mission-critical data and processes in
jeopardy. This strategy has been well received and is, by far, the most
popular strategy with our WorldSoftware customer base.

Coexistence is a migration strategy supported only for customers on the
WorldSoftware A7.3 release, with the minimum cumulative update 9 level.
Future WorldSoftware A7.3 cumulative updates will support coexistence.
The
last supported release of A7.3 coexistence will be with OneWorld Xe.
This
option will not be developed for WorldSoftware release A8, due to
database
disparities. We are prototyping co-residence solutions to provide a
phased
migration path to OneWorld from A8.

To assist you in your planning process for migrating from WorldSoftware
to
OneWorld, we will support coexistence of WorldSoftware A7.3 with
OneWorld Xe
through February 28, 2005. Development initiatives for enhancements and
fixes to the OneWorld Xe coexistence updates will cease as of this date.

Earlier this year we began communicating a coexistence support end-date
of
October 31, 2003, based on the anticipated next release level of
OneWorld.
After hearing concerns expressed by customer members of Quest's
Migration
Advisory Council (MAC) and many other customers, we have carefully
reconsidered this date and are pleased to announce this extension until
February 28, 2005.

For those customers already in coexistence, we encourage you to upgrade
to
OneWorld Xe. Through extensive testing, this release is considered to be
our
best-quality release yet. This date extension does not apply to
coexistence
with any releases prior to OneWorld Xe.

As always, customer service remains our top priority. To assist you with
planning your migration to OneWorld Xe, please contact your J.D. Edwards
engagement manager.

We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to serving you in the years
to
come.

Sincerely,

Dave Siebert
