Advanced Pricing: Buy 4 get cheapest one Free....

Hi List!

I have a situation at my current client site where the

client has a promotion like this. Buy 4 products, get
the cheapest one Free. These products(items) are
differents. Can it be done in some way with Advanced
Pricing???

Any help?
