Greetings,
The other day we started noticeing a problem with the Transfer program P4242.
Dates would "Highlight" with the error saying "Not a Work Day."
Of course we checked the Work Day calendar and everything looked just fine.
Our Calendar is set up with the following shift codes ' ' '1' '2' '3'.
All records seemed to be ok. We tried useing the pristine enviroment (we have a couple mods to the program) and everthing worked just fine.
To make a LONG story short. Here is what we finally found out.
The Work Day server program had a SAR put in it on 10/27/99. (SAR Number 2342901)(SARs are NOT a part of our pristine) This SAR put in a check to the shift code = blank right after a Chain to the F0007 file.
Problem is the "Key" to the F0007 does NOT include the shift code. The order of the records with the given key had the '1' shift first. Thus it was skipping the needed code.
Anyone run into this problem before?
