Utilities?

We have Xe with out database on an AS/400.

I was looking for utilites X98DAY and X0028. Are these only found in world? Are there any sub for them in Xe.

I am looking for an easy conversion for date formats that I can call in my RPG on the AS/400.

Another easy but not fast method is to use the file F00365 provided by JDE.
