E9.2 Unable to login Orchestration

Hi All,

We are using JDE 9.2.4.3, for some roles we are facing issue while login into Orchestration.

The error appeared when user try to login with correct credentials "Access Denied : You are not authorized to run this application".

The role has proper UDO security as well as have Orchestration access. Kindly help if anyone have any idea about this issue.

Note:- This is my first post, let me know if I miss anything.
 
Hi Akshay,
To login, do not use saved user/password (retype them by using keyboard), or just retype only a letter of your user.
