Text Attachments on Firefox and Chrome

Hi,
We're facing a problem opening the text attachment with browser Firefox and Chrome (IE works fine).
The strange thing is that only attachments with blank in field F00165.GDGTITNM can be opened directly and the rest only opening the rtf link.
Does anyone have a suggestion for that?

Thanks in advance.

Ciao Maurizio,
I hope you are doing well.
First are you working with the ADF or the active-x viewer (not sure if ADF is available in your TR, chack this on server manager)?

Then try to set the content disposition parameter to true in your jas instance and test again.
After this check the mime type on firefox , may be you should add your extension.

Best regards

RTF attachments are supported on IE through Active-x technology. If you want to work with RTF Media Object on Firefox or Chrome you need to turn off the active-x flag on your jas.ini (SupportActiveXIE=false). After this change Web Client will use the HTML editor (ADF Component) to view and edit RTF attachments.

Bu sure to read the all the documents and the issues related to active-x change before decide to deploy the new configuration.
