Ahhhhh...

I'm glad I'm not the only one.I was on SP 16_006 and tried installing SP
16_011, SPX_VTX2 and SPX_001. I had the same problem with packages not
building. Actually the R9621 would hang. I just simply rolled back to SP
16_006. I think I'll wait until a few more one off's are released for SP
16.1 before I upgrade the SP.

What was this one off fixing? We have Vertex as well but we're still B7332.

I am not sure about the one off... I know we put a VTX2 down at the time of
going to SP16. We did not have issues with building. We are on Vertex
2.0.15. Basically the VTX one offs contain the "H" files used for Quantum
APIs. You need to match up 2.0.15 with current H files.

There is a document on the KG that describes the different pieces and
levels. Sorry I do not have the reference off hand.
