Hi List,
I am trying to populate a work file from Tabular section using
Smart fields. I am using the ' After last section printed' event rule. but
for some reason the values are not being inserted properly. I did a search
on Knowledge Garden and found an article under Tips and Techniques, which
says the following : -
"Keep in mind that information for the next level break is read and in the
current business view fields before the information related to the prior
level break is printed on the report.The design and flow of a tabular report
make it difficult to create custom event rules that behave as expected on a
report. "
But this is not helpful.
Has anyone inserted records to a work file in a Tabular Section using smart
fields. If yes, can you pass the information which section you have used to
do it.
I will appreciate any help in this regard.
