This may be already have been covered by a reply but just in case.
The BSFN B4700240 Import Flat File to JDE will also check for the existence
of a flat file before importing it.
There are some set up requirements which have to entered to identify the
expected location of the flat file (Menu G4731).
The UBE R47002C has this BSFN in it's ER. As usual the BSFN Notes are NOT
very helpful.
If you check the 'C' code in B4700240 I believe the message ID 3003
identifies the non existence of the Flat File
