RE: Copying Environments with R98403
Although you didn't specify I'm guessing you're on B7332 SP13.1. If you are,
the R98403 won't work. If you're on Oracle do it through SQL+. If you really
feel lazy then roll back to an earlier SP on the deployment server (you
should have a bakup), run the R98403 and roll the SP up again.
