Printing Processing Option Text and Values

Does JDE provide an application to print Processing
Option Text and Values for multiple UBEs? If not, is
there other way to accomplish it?

Try and run R98306. The output is somewhat clumsy, but it does the trick.
Alternatively you could use SQL over F98306 and/or F983051 (check your Object Config Manager (OCM in System Admin Tools) for the data source as eg F98306 is a central object).
