E9.2 Parent/Child credit limit

Is there a way to enter the credit limit for the parent and have it applied to all children? For example, Parent has credit limit of $100,000 and has 5 children. Each child has orders totaling $30,000 each. I want to apply C1 hold as soon as the sum of the children reach the $100,000. So in this case, the last $20,000 would be put on C1 hold.
