Hi List,

1. Is there a way to print directly to an Epson printer LQ2070C? We try to
print directly to it but it come out all gabage. We have to use Acrobat to
view it and then print it through windows and it print okay.

2. We defined the paper size in RDA but it did not take the decimal for both
paper height and width. It allows us to put in the decimal (ex: 139.50 mm)
but when we click OK and come back the decimal is gone and we have problem
with the pre-printed form moving up .50 mm for each form.

Thank you in advance for all the help!

Phil

Hi Phil,

It is no logic, but any how it work to solved the gabage.

I think your printer IP got mixed up the ASCII & EBCDIC. So, try setup your printer in OneWorld with ASCII instead.
