E9.1 "Lead Time is Zero" MRP Message for Transferred Items

Just trying to do some cleanup for MRP messages and have noticed quite a few "Lead Time is Zero" A messages for items transferred between branches. There shouldn't be lead times set up on Item Branch (just in Branch Plant Relationships).

Is there something I can do to get rid of the messages?
