Language Choice for Anonymous users

Eric,
Could you make possible the Language Choice for Anonymous users for their session?
I don't know, is it technically hard to implement or isn't.
I suppose, many of Anonymous users has different language from English and this choice could be a little help for them.

I like this flag bar very much. It makes the desktop of the Forum more colourful and friendlier
...AND...
hopefully will remind posters with English language as their native language that this Forum is an international one and to compose the posts a simplifed way making easier to understand it for the other
Can I ask it how did you translate the Forum to so many language in a very high quality?

I had a little help from my friends. In the near future, we will have context (by screen) sensitive help available. If anyone is interested in translating some (not much) help text to their native or secondary language, please volunteer otherwise the help text will be in English (at least for now).
