Interfacing & Subsystem Jobs

I am facing a problem on Subsystem jobs.
For Outbound,Will It require to call R00460 directly from OneWorld Menu [OR] it will called when record added to subsystem job queue automatically?

How R00460 will get parameters like UserId,Batch no, Transaction no, Edit line no, type transaction and order no, etc.?

Is it sufficent adding Data Export Control table from our end (putting our own third party DLL on that) and setting PO values in the transaction application?

Any other development/customisation required on this?
