Hiding vs Deleting a UDC value on specific forms, Anyone?

Without physically deleting a UDC value, is there a way to simply HIDE a specific UDC value from view for specific forms?
I browsed through System Functions looking for something that may work, but nothing stood out or looked to me like it would work so curious if I either missed it, or someone else has come up with a means of doing this.

You'd have to modify the UDC screen I guess.
If you are not showing desc 2 you could get a developer to hide it for you based on IF conditions

Maybe have a chat with someone in security to see if Row Security can be used to do what you want based on a value in the F0005

Could you use Column security for the form? Or use UDC security?
