E9.2 Getting stuck at 95% while installing WLSH4A..

Hello guys, I have stuck installing standalone webdevfeatures. The installation gets stuck at 95% which executes command "deployE1.cmd".
"Copied tnsnames.ora, Tried changing hostname on tnsnames.ora and also on listener."
Can anyone please help me to complete my last step of installation. Below are the logs attached.

Installation session logs location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\Inventory\logs\installActions2021-10-17_03-32-25PM.log

Nodemanager logs location: E:\Weblogic\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\E1DevDomain\nodemanager
