E9.2 Form Extensibility limitations - Mandatory fields

Hi all

We will be upgrading from 9.0 to 9.2 soon and I am looking for ways to reduce Base E1 OMW style changes to our retrofits.
Good news is most changes are grid columns or new Row Exits, but....

Can I make form control fields mandatory in form extensibility or UDOs?
Can I change grid column sequence in form extensibility or UDOs?
Can I add custom data dictionary items NOT in the forms BSVW to a form using form extensibility or UDOs?
