Data Replication

We are implementing OW Sales & Distribution. We have Field Sales reps who currently dial in, download their customers' order information to their laptops, and go to customer with that information. We need to provide something from OneWorld that will accomplish the same function.

Is anyone else out there doing this through OneWorld data replication? We've thought about having them export to Excel, but they would like to be able to use the OneWorld interface.

You may want to research the Store and Forward feature in OneWorld. I have
not used it, but from what little I know, the store and forward feature
will allow your reps to have a local copy of OneWorld on their laptops and
download the tables they need for customer and item information. And, on
the reverse, they can upload orders when they're back in the office.
