Custom Menus

We have created several custom menus, and promoted them to PY using OMW projects. We can see these menus in the OneWorld client, but cannot see them (fast path to them) via Solution Explorer. I have been told that R9000C is supposed to merge your custom menus with JDE's so they appear in Solution Explorer. I have not had any luck getting this to work. The UBE report shows all of the menus, including the custom ones. I have tried running R9000C on the server, and also overriding it to run locally.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
