E9.2 Custom app error: Multiple data selection but only 1 is printed

Hello guys.
I am a little bit lost: we have a custom report written by former employee, who left our team.
Data selection is based on V4211J, in data selection we select several sales orders to print their custom "certificates of acceptance". But in PDF output it prints only 1 page with only last sales order in the list.
I tried to debug in Fat Client - report does run through all sales orders in data selection, I see it doing all required business functions and assignments, do all selections for all sales orders in the list, but only 1 page is printed in the end.
What do I miss?

Is there a level break defined in the report, so that the output is produced only when there is a new value at that level break? (such as customer #, etc.)?
Are there any Suppress Section Write system commands called in the certificate section of the UBE? If so, what condition(s) cause it to be called?

there is Level break on footer, on DOCO number.
according to logs it processes every record required but it prints only first document from Data selection
