A customer has given a request to do a credit check from with the Ship Confirm screen W4205K i.e. They select the order on W4205H and go through to W4205K. At that point when they go to Ship Confirm, they want a Credit Check on certain Customers. Now I can see that I must have due regard to the P4210 Edit Doc which is built into the Ship Confirm code, but I'm wondering what my option are here, if any ? Has anyone made this change ? The background is that there can be a gap between the order being approved to Ship Confirm and they have a concern that a customer could be well over their credit limit by the time it comes to Ship Confirm, when the order doesn't have any hold code.
