Compare Job Queue Of Test environment and Production environment

Hi List ,
We have a situation as our job queue for objects in both test environment and production are out of sync .We want to comapre the job queue details of objects .For that we want to design a batch program ,does any one has exposure to this .
We are on Enterprise one 9.0 version
DB2/AS400

Only way I know:
You could get a developer to write a report over F9860 for OBNM = UBE that uses BSFN X983052 Version List Local Lookup.

That will get the jobqueue from the TAM specs for each UBE
