Column Description Problem

OW B7322 sp12.2

On a new client install for a CRP package, the user is getting a single
alpha character (for example, A, B) instead of the text description for the
grid columns. I know there is a simple fix for this, but for the life of me
can't remember! Any ideas?

I dont why why this happens. But it did to me last week. To fix it I went
to Object Librarian, and used the "Install Appl." row exit.

again. no idea why. but it works. hopefully someone else can shed more
light on this
