Automatic generation of Sales Transfer Orders

I just would like to know if anyone implemented an automatic generation of
ST orders? If yes, what functionality did you use?

Not sure what you mean by "automatic". But I've implemented a solution which uses DRP (R3483) in the Manufacturing Suite to look at Sales Forecasts in one Branch/Plant. This can be made to spit-out ST's to move product from a source Branch/Plant.
