Adding a Version to the Projects

Hi Guys,

In XE how to add a specific verison to the project??

Kannen,

in OMW, on the right window pane, under the search tab there are 3 controls labeled "Category", "Search Type" and "Search". Enter select their values as follows and then click on the Search Button.

Category: Object Librarian
Search Type: Object Name|Version name
Search: <enter the name of the object>

After clicking on search you will see the list of versions for the object. Select the desired one and move into your project (and checkout, etc) just as you would any other object.

Hi Kannen,

On the right hand side ie. the "Search" window, click on the down arrow and
select "Object/Version" instead of "Object" and specify the object/version
that you wish to find.

and ObjectName|Version then type in the report name and hit Find.

type. I was searching for this version type but some how i missed it
