A/P - Duplicate Checks

We are having a problem in A/P, this never happened
since we went live. We are getting duplicate checks
within the same bank account number.
We verified that the job ran in the single threaded
queue. It happened now thrice.
Once Two weeks before, twice in last week. We had
about 10 duplicates. If anyone came across this
problem please share your thought and ideas.
Your assitance is greatly appreciated.

JDE Dave,

Have you checked to see if it wrote two different
checks in the same account? or is it just printing 2
copies of a check?

Check your f0414 and f0413 to make sure that is not
some other problem. (printing)
