E9.1 9.1 to 9.2 Upgrade - estimated cost

Is anyone able to provide a rough estimate COST & TIMELINE for a 9.1 to 9.2 "Technical" Upgrade on a windows, sql platform with 150 users running Finance,
Distribution and Manufacturing suites as well as 3rd party EDI integration and DSI scanning automation.

Not quite sure about this, but you know it is free for the customer, they can use a tool from Oracle to measure and help the upgrade, it will convert everything from 9.1 to 9.2, based on what they have on 9.1. But if you're aiming to services quotes, with all analysis impacts, changes, retrofits, replacing mods, testing, training, then it will be quite thought to tell. Normally small projects for this kind of upgrade it is really fast, I've seen it in 3/4 months, but there are too many variables to consider. Hard to tell w/o any knowledge on what and how it was implemented.

on a very high level technical only upgrade would be around 350-400 hours including mock go live + testing. Given the licensing is already there. If you are on older version on 9.1 means you still have Windows 7 running (Most likely) and you need to move it to Windows 10 and then you need to consider that licensing for that. But this is very high level estimate from my knowledge and experience.

I cannot press this enough. Depending on how many modified standard objects you have and how many interfaces to JDE you have - your number of hours will rise exponentially. The technical upgrade itself, with setting up/cloning the deployment server, new database, new clients etc. will "only" take a few weeks, but testing your retrofits and interfaces can take months, depending on the available ressources for testing.
