Hi,
I'm beginning to install 9.2 standalone and have completed downloading required files from edelivery after checking certifications. While downloading 32-bit database client though, I saw a message about license requirements to use some components of the download. I wanted to understand what it means because I did not see that message for other downloads and if there is really any license requirement to use the database client required to use with 9.2 standalone. I'm installing this on a 64-bit Windows 10 machine. Any clarification on this is highly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!
