    Hello , I want to know how to reverse the transportation shipment status from 30 to 25 , As I am analyzing one issue were user has reported that he has not confirmed shiped but the status has been jumped to 30 so if anyone know how to reverse the status from 30 to 25 please let me know...

    Hii Every One I am not able to understand what is the use of related address in address book and what is the use of 5 fields in that i.e Parent Item , 1st Item no,2nd Item no,3rd Item no,4th Item ,Payee Address no.?????
