Web exception error. Invalid row number.

Hello there

I got above error and it happens when user edit amount and tab from the column (insured amount). P776176
Logs did not tell too much Oracle said apply ESU which did not fix the problem.
Any help or comment will be appreciated.
Note:
I build full package.
There is no custom code.
There is no UO for the application.

I am not certain and I will check my documentation but I recall this issue type when running Vertex.
