UPK on Citrix??? Help

Current client is trying to use UPK on Citrix, however - the PrintScreen button does not appear to be functioning (nuthin happens, pretty-much means it aint workin).

If UPK is run local - works GREAT. If UPK is run from Citrix ('OOPS, that didn't work,now did it')

I read where someone was running UPK on Citrix, but I can't find the document...

Anyone out there using UPK on Citrix and know the secret to getting the PrintScreen button to work?

Long answer short - the issue turned out to be pop-up blocker.
